yesterday in class we discussed Occupy Boston and I explained to class (since I think they needed to know the facts before they started spouting opinions) about how the courts had ruled on the situation. My teacher looked at me and said "you are so up on surrent events. like, you always seem to know what's going on... are you a journalism major?" I was so shocked and pleased! this is the second teacher that has praised my knowledge of current events and history. After their comments I feel so much more confident in my goals to be a reporter.
I'm so fat. that's why I need all this exercise. and that's why I didn't need that terrible lunch. I checked my weight on three different scales today. they all tell me something different. they all tell me something disgraceful.
Way to go on the knowledge dued!
ReplyDeleteThis is Hekate, by the way. Just started and read through all your postings yesterday.
You should give yourself more credit- you're a beautiful girl. But i have an eating disorder/ body dismorphia too, so i get where you're coming from.
May i be so bold as to give a piece of advice?
I have noticed in my eating disordered life, that i always, always feel better about myself if i do some strength training every day. It makes you look better , feel better, and it's an easy commitment to make. Just like, ten minutes a day can make your world brighter.
yah, so...way to go. Keep doing that :)
Wow that's some amazing exercise. Go you!
ReplyDeleteI wish I had your motivation to exercise. Joining the gym next year so hopefully I'll be on that band wagon soon.
Thanks for your continued support hun, it means a lot to me.
