endorphins before bed feel gooood

challenge day 2-
how tall are you? do you like your height?

I'm 5'2, which I like because it's the same height as my mother. I'd like to think that I'm going to be just like her.

so if I go by the net count today, I'm within the Surge range, but I don't want to do that... so I failed day 2.
BUT! I found a great online pilates channel that I really like. she's a bit peppy and that takes some getting used to, but Cassie actually keeps me motivated to finish the video and then  do another. it's called POP Pilates. try it!!

my little brother broke his finger on the rope swing, it turns out. when we got home from the river yesterday I thought it was only bruised, but it turns out his middle finger has a fracture :( I feel bad for him, it must really hurt.

  1. aw, poor baby bro. my little cousin broke his arm once, so i know it must hurt pretty bad. give him lots of hugs and he'll get better soon. :)
