did pretty well today despite the ice cream and the chips. ah well.

and I'm super sore in my legs from the magazine workout and the sprints, and in my shoulders from the swimming. I've lost so much endurance in swimming since last summer! I used to be able to go at least 3 or 4 laps without stopping. now I need to take a breather after every lap. how pathetic!

tomorrow I should find out about the train job. wouldn't it be fun to work on a choo choo train? I think so. let's cross our fingers.

  2. Nice intake! My biggest weakness is sweets, you have to indulged in them a little or a full on sweet tooth binge will happen.

    Good luck on the train job! That would be a fun job, and seems like it would make time go by fast!

  3. I had honey bunches of oats yesterday for the first time in several months. I never used to eat them because cereal is my trigger food-once I start I generally can't stop. Happy to report I had one bowl on the dot :) Have a great day cereal twin!
