I'm really sorry you've been feeling down lately! Don't be too hard on yourself about the binge, setbacks happen, it's not your fault things got out of control. Just take a while to relax and do something you enjoy, like exercising or reading a book or going to the movies with your friends, and remember that life is amazing and things will improve. My dear Jackie, I don't know what is it that tortures you heart but I hope it will go away soon. You deserve the best of the best and happiness should be by your side instead of sadness. I really hope you will feel better soon. Times of constant crying are hard but you must stay strong. Love
Exercise baby doll! do some every few hours and it'll keep your metabolism up just like eating little bits will only without the calories, you'll be back down in no time
