I was doing so well at the party... I had the salad and the veggies. but then a whole bunch of guys came and brought wings. i normally hate wings. but I was so hungry, and I love barbeque sauce....
I ate 2. and then had a sprite and a few shrimps.
you know when you start having fun and then you forget and just eat? yeah. that's what happened.
Sorry for making you all puke in disgust.
well. at least I didn't go over today.
good thing is: this week is gonna be a whole new week. this week means weight loss!!!

I will never be able to thank you enough for all the lovely words of support and encouragement you leave on my blog and yet I've been neglecting commenting on your posts: and I am SO sorry, I really am... you definitely know the feeling of unworthiness when you just stuff your face for days and feel like you don't even deserve all those beautiful comments and then you disappear... that happened to me. I've tried to catch up on your previous posts and let me just say one thing about your Saturday post-- we're all real. All these words would mean nothing if I didn't truly believe in them... I'm real, love, and even though we don't know each other in person, we share a whole lot.

I know exactly how you feel! I started the 2-4-6-8 on Sunday which was a big mistake. I went to a Superbowl party and could only have 200 calories for the entire day. There was so much temptation but I just had some veggies from the veggie tray. It was so hard not to binge, but I made it through. Way to stay strong :)
