Finally, a good day!

I know it's only 1:30, but I'm doing great with calories today! i made myself some air-popcorn and a salade with that spray dressing that's 5 cals per spray. I did 3. Then I ran a mile and walked 2. I had a vitamin C tablet to get rid of this cold thats coming on, but I don't think that counts as anything right? So like 50 for the salade plus 15 for dressing, and then 30 for popcorn, and that puts me at 95. and then minus 200 for the exercise.

Yay for half days!! I'm getting so much work done. and my midterms are easy this year, so thats another plus. If only I could be this good everyday! I think for my good work I'll reward myself with some grey's anatomy :) Love that show

So I stayed strong (surprisingly). I had a third cup of rice and half a cup of milk for dinner, a feat with my judgy family. I went unnoticed. and then I even added crunches and lunges for good measure. I think that makes the total  231 with exercise at about -300. I have a hard time with exercise counts. but whatever, it's close enough.

The ultra-high I was on when I wrote earlier is over. I'm sad, really. even though I had a good day, I can't get over the dull, achey sadness. I have really bad mood cycles.

but it really was a productive day. I studied 2 hours for stats, wrote a paper, got my drivers permit (lol, long embarrassing story...) and had a good day on the diet side of things. so good day over all, but I go to bed sad anyway.
