Skinny Girl Diet


Rules:

* Eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want, without counting them as calories.
* Work out at least 30 minutes, 5x a week.
* any extra calories going over the limit MUST be burned off in cardio

I can do this! I know that I can! especially is fruit and veggies don't count. this way I only have to eat those and something small at dinner and no body is gonna notice.
It's funny that I act as if I'm ana. please. i'm not skinny enough to be ana. i'm just a fat girl on a strict diet. i only wish i was because i'm in love with the idea of it.

  3. Yay! I'm so glad you decided to join! That's awesome :). I've heard having diet buddies is a great idea because you have other people doing the same thing you are...lets you know you're not in it alone. I'm glad you posted the rules because I forgot to do that! Good luck!
